Ben with BW Electric has completed many jobs for various clients of mine. Every customer of mine that he has dealt with has always had good things to say about Ben and his work. His prices are great and he is always great with working around my client's schedules.
One particular job I want to mention was an air conditioner I was installing in an older home. When installing an air conditioner on an older furnace, some extra wiring is required to make it compatible. I do not have much experience in that portion of the wiring as most of the houses we are installing air conditioners in have newer furnaces. I originally called another electrical company I know as I was in a time crunch and Ben was not free unfortunately. The owner of the company assured me the tech he sends can figure it out. The other tech did show up on time, but as soon as I saw him I knew things would not end up well. I remember seeing this tech years and years ago and knew he wasn't the greatest at troubleshooting more complex wiring. He tried to make the system compatible for 3 hours, asking me questions along the way. The whole time I was thinking to myself "I am not the electrician, you are! This is why I called you". In the end, he was not able to make it work and I was not happy. Luckily the customer was very forgiving and understood these things can happen. I then called Ben again and asked when his next available day was to take a look. When that day came we went to the job together. Ben and I got the system up and running and the customer was very happy. Even though Ben was not familiar with this exact module, his extensive knowledge helped him troubleshoot it and get past any obstacles we have.
